His journey in this field began with a deep interest in the intricacies of construction and a desire to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and within budget.

Barry first became a landlord in 2004, which ignited his passion for property management. In 2017, he took a significant step in his career by founding Bariggs Properties Limited. Through this venture, he focuses on purchasing and renovating properties for the rental sector.

Barry is dedicated to providing high-quality homes for tenants, and all properties are managed and maintained by local lettings agents. This approach not only enhances tenant satisfaction but also ensures that properties are well cared for. What are your fees?

We don't charge fees. We work with you and show you how you can be involved in our property deals and it really is collaboration all the way. We encourage your feedback and opinions of property deals.

What are your investment strategies?

HMO's are high yielding properties. They are rented out room by room this is the best way to maximise the income from each property. For example a 4 bedroom house may achieve a rent of £1,250 per calendar month, however if we turn the living room into a bedroom and the property is in the right location we could rent out all 5 rooms for £110 per week so achieving £2,383 per calander month.

How often will you communicate with me?

We will communicate with you as often as you need or want. We hold regular meetings with our clients to review their investments and ensure you are kept in the loop at all stages of a project. We know the importance of great relationships and great communication.
