We will either buy run down properties and repurpose them for HMO occupation or we take exiting HMO's that need work and we will than turn the properties into profit units for us and comfortable homes for the tenants.

How we offer returns

With our properties our aim is to provide you, the investor, with a fixed return every month that your have money with us. We achieve this through the rental income. Then we aim to refinance the properties after a level of capitol appreciation allowing us to then pay you your initial investment back.

What are your fees?

We don't charge fees. We work with you and show you how you can be involved in our property deals and it really is collaboration all the way. We encourage your feedback and opinions of property deals.

What are your investment strategies?

HMO's are high yielding properties. They are rented out room by room this is the best way to maximise the income from each property. For example a 4 bedroom house may achieve a rent of £1,250 per calendar month, however if we turn the living room into a bedroom and the property is in the right location we could rent out all 5 rooms for £110 per week so achieving £2,383 per calander month.

How often will you communicate with me?

We will communicate with you as often as you need or want. We hold regular meetings with our clients to review their investments and ensure you are kept in the loop at all stages of a project. We know the importance of great relationships and great communication.
